The Reformer honestly isn’t as intimidating as she looks (I promise)😌
Once you know your way around the Reformer, joining a Reformer Pilates class feels far less intimidating, so here’s a little breakdown of the parts of a Reformer by our lead instructor, Lianne.
During your first class, the teacher will always go through the Reformer with you to ensure you’re familiar with it before getting started, but it’s always nice to feel extra prepared.
