Definitely not your average mobile repair!

This Polestar 2 required replacement of its Battery Energy Control Module located inside the high-voltage battery assembly.

The repair involved:

🔧 Safely isolating and removing the complete HV battery
🔧 Opening and carefully stripping the battery pack
🔧 Accessing and replacing the internal BECM
🔧 Reassembling and refitting the HV battery
💻 Completing the required software reload and module commissioning using genuine Volvo VIDA

Modern EV repairs increasingly require far more than simply replacing a component. Correct high-voltage procedures, specialist equipment and manufacturer-level software are essential to complete the job safely and correctly.
