We recruit people from a variety of backgrounds, with different skills and interests and match them to the people they will be supporting. We provide a full induction training programme for all employees, regular supervision and on-going training to support our employee's continuous professional development. Once an employee has successfully completed their probationary period they will be encouraged to gain further qualifications in Health and Social Care. We encourage career progression within the company giving staff developmental opportunities to gain additional skills and qualifications that will enable them to apply for more senior roles within the company when vacancies arise.
