People often assume that because I work in holistic therapy, I’ve always loved treatments, spa days and being pampered… but that wasn’t always the case.
There was a time when I found it really hard to relax and just let myself switch off. Stress had such a huge effect on me that my skin broke out badly. I had so many spots on my body that people genuinely thought I had chickenpox, and I became very self-conscious because of it.
I know what it feels like to be uncomfortable in your own skin and to struggle to put yourself first. I know how difficult it can be to slow down and allow yourself to receive care.
Maybe that’s why I appreciate each and every person who comes to see me so much.
I never take your trust for granted.
Whether you come because you need some time out, you’re feeling overwhelmed, you’re carrying stress, or you simply want to feel more like yourself again, please know that you are always welcomed with kindness and without judgement.
