They think the tension in their shoulders and neck has been their so long now that it's just the new normal

They think they're too busy to get a massage

But once they have a massage they realise how much they needed it. ✨️

Here at Alive & Well you don't need to feel like you should "earn" your massage, I will give you permission to spend time to just be. To meet yourself where you are and to have no expectations on yourself throughout your treatment. 💚💚

Wow the past few months have been busy ones! I am so grateful as always to all my wonderful clients. I've met a lot of new clients lately and it really fills me with joy 💚
