Crystals and Crystal Healing Workshop for Beginners-

Sunday 18th October 2026
10am-4pm

This workshop is for those who wish to understand and experience the benefits of working with crystals for their own health and personal well being. Throughout the day you will be introduced to the wonderful world of crystals and how to use them for your own personal use and in and around your home. This is a comprehensive workshop with lots of useful information on the benefits of crystals as well as practical ways you can use crystals on a daily basis. A manual is provide for you to take home as well as a crystal chakra set, a crystal grid and crystals to use on your grid. (worth £20).

Requirements: an open heart and mind to the energy of crystals.You will also need a crystal pendulum and a quartz healing crystal to work with on the day but If you don’t already have these there will be spare ones to use on the day and also a selection to purchase if you wish.

Students should bring a light lunch. Tea, coffee and water is provided throughout the day

Just returned from a beautiful break away in Florence with my sis, Debs Toward
Starting with the Cathedral of Santa Maria Del Fiore including the 463 steps to reach the top of Brunelleschi’s Dome, the view was definitely worth it!
Once we came down we spent a while looking at the magnificent ceiling from inside the dome with some very weird and wonderful features of the last judgement, Satan eating the sinners was definitely my favourite bit! Ended up with a seriously sore neck from looking up to take it all in.
Next day we visited the Pitti Palace, and the Bobilo gardens, beautiful sculptures and art work, followed by a thunder storm🌩️🌩️🌩️ that lasted over an hour, when we finally ventured into the gardens the Grotta del Buontalenti took my breath away, something about it really resonant with me and the carvings and sculptures were just beautiful. The Madama grotto was fab too, coz who doesn’t love a goat!!🐐🐐
The Uffuzi gallery followed with lots more artwork and sculptures, I’m no art connoisseur, I don’t know a Da Vinci from a Botticelli but I can certainly appreciate the extraordinary talent they all exhibit. I was fascinated by the amount of symbolism with reference to nature,myths, the cosmos and deities, the Ancient Greek god Pan (more goat!) featuring heavily.
Last day we spent in Pisa, checking out the tower and cathedral ( though we didn’t make it inside), felt a lot slower pace here and good to just chill in the sunshine. Back to Florence for a yummy last meal of tagliatelle with truffle oil and the lightest tiramisu ever😋
Overall a wonderful experience, lovely food, fantastic musical entertainment and of course the coffee is exceptional, not to mention the Italian people are very friendly, helpful and very patient! Looking forward to being back to work on Tuesday, my feet will certainly be glad of the rest👣!! Xx

Vesta is the Roman Goddess of the Hearth, Home and Family. She is also the Spiritual Guardian of the Sacred Flame,our Divine Spark🔥
So join me as we journey to Rome to seek guidance, insight and emotional healing. We begin with a reflective, guided meditation before relaxing into a deeper meditative state surrendering to the vibrations of the drum beat.

As this journey connects us to the energy of Reiki and Seichem you are held in Love and Light as you receive insight and healing from the elemental rays of Earth, Fire, Water and Air to align and balance your body mind and soul.

Suitable for beginners as you are guided throughout the session as well as those who have experience with meditation.

Chairs are provided, if you prefer to lie down please bring a yoga mat, sleeping bag or 2 blankets and pillow

We begin with a reflective, guided meditation before relaxing into a deeper meditative state surrendering to the frequencies of the drum beat.

As this journey connects us to the energy of Reiki and Seichem you are held in Love and Light as you receive insight and healing from the elemental rays of Earth, Fire, Water and Air to align and balance your body mind and soul.

You will receive a selenite crystal to work with during the session and you are welcome to take it home with you afterwards 😊
