I changed my energy in January 2025 after my nan passed away I needed something, I felt like I was looking for something that's when I discovered Reiki and meditation and when I said it changed my life it did!

I found crystals positive energy sound holistic treatments and met some beautiful people along the way!

After going through my own personal troubles this year having this life style and skills has got me through my worst days! Meditation and journaling helped me massively.

Having a different outlook on life is what gets me through the days.

I am more happy more positive ready to try new adventures and just enjoy the time I have while I'm here 💜
