Tomorrow I am back at the studio after my retreat (more on that later....) and there are a few little tweaks to the timetable!

FLOW returns, at 7:30pm on Thursdays.
More energetic than other classes on the schedule (and not suitable for the absolute beginner I am afraid).

And a new teatime class on a Friday too!
MOVE at 5:30pm on Fridays - come straight from work, fit it in before your Friday evening plans, or before one of our chilled monthly classes, start your weekend the very best way.

🌿RETREAT🌿
Each year, I take myself away to a remote venue in the Sierra Nevada in Spain with a wonderful group of fellow yoga teachers.
I retreat.
It is a chance to escape the hubbub and distractions of the outside world so that I can focus on learning, planning, connection and rest.
Every time I go, I return inspired and refreshed, and I can't wait to share all that I find with my wonderful community.

And so, tomorrow, I am off - one more night at home and then a super early start for the first leg of the journey to Malaga!
While I am away, the studio will be CLOSED for classes I'm afraid.

But then, from Monday 14th September, I will be back, refreshed and raring to go again!

While I am retreating, I will be without connection to the outside world for most of the time, so please don't expect replies to any messages, and if you see any posts from me, rest assured they have been scheduled.

And speaking of posts while I am away, keep your eyes peeled for a special offer to celebrate the 2nd birthday of The Den on Westbridge Mews!

Each Tuesday evening, from 6-7:15pm, £14 for each class, or £75 for 6.

A weekly class designed just for expectant mums. A chance to move safely, mindful of all the changes in your body as baby grows, and take precious time for yourself.

With postures to stretch and strengthen, practices to bring deeper awareness to your breath, and guided meditation to bring a deep sense of calm.
