This result has been a process, not just one treatment.

This client came to us wanting to improve the appearance of her smokers lines around her mouth.

We actually started with microneedling, focusing on the skin first — improving texture, encouraging collagen production and getting the skin into the best possible condition.

Then, as the skin improved, we could look at what else would help achieve the overall result.

And we finished with a subtle amount of dermal filler to the lips and perioral area, helping to restore definition to the lip border, enhance the lips and soften the appearance of those pesky smokers’ lines.

The aim was never to change her face or create an overfilled look.

It was about working with her natural anatomy, improving the skin and then adding a little structure where it was needed.
