💼 What you’ll be doing:
📞 Answering calls from our lovely customers
📝 Processing orders
🔧 Ordering parts from suppliers
🤝 Working closely with our workshop, shop team, and our sister company
😊 Delivering first-class customer service every single day

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Friendly and confident on the phone
✔️ Organised and happy to multitask
✔️ Eager to learn about our products
✔️ Passionate about giving customers the best possible experience

🌟 No experience in our industry? No problem! Full training will be provided, we’re looking for the right attitude, and we’ll help with the rest.

FULL TIME Monday - Friday. 8:30am-4:30pm.

Based in Wilburton, Cambridgeshire

Platinum Mobility is looking for a Wheelchair Cleaner & Refurbisher to join our workshop team. You’ll be responsible for cleaning, refurbishing, and preparing electric wheelchairs so they’re ready to change someone’s life.
