We're incredibly proud to share that our wonderful Deputy Manager, Beth, will be taking on the Liverpool Half Marathon next March in support of Claire House Children's Hospice.

Claire House provides vital care and support to seriously and terminally ill children and their families, making a real difference when it's needed most.

Beth has taken on this incredible challenge to help raise funds for this amazing charity, and we'd love for our wonderful community to get behind her.

There’s something truly special about sharing memories. Today, our residents enjoyed a wonderful reminiscence session, spending time looking back on cherished moments, sharing stories, and reminiscing about days gone by. 📸💭

Reminiscence activities are so much more than a conversation—they can help spark memories, encourage meaningful connections, boost confidence, and promote emotional wellbeing. Seeing the smiles, laughter, and friendships grow as memories are shared is always a highlight of our day. 💛

Every story is unique, and we feel incredibly privileged to listen, learn, and celebrate the amazing lives our residents have lived.

🌟 An Inspiring Afternoon with Manny Singh Kang at Willow Rose 🌟

We were honoured to welcome the incredible Manny Singh Kang to Willow Rose for what was a truly memorable and inspiring afternoon.

A huge thank you to Manny for taking the time to visit us, share his remarkable journey, and speak so openly about the experiences and motivations that have driven his incredible fundraising work. His passion, positivity, and determination were truly uplifting and left a lasting impression on everyone in the room.

Manny’s dedication to supporting people living with dementia is nothing short of inspiring. Through his tireless fundraising efforts for Dementia UK, supporting specialist Admiral Nurses who provide vital care, guidance, and reassurance to people living with dementia and their families. His commitment to making a difference is a wonderful example of the power of kindness, community, and perseverance.

Our residents thoroughly enjoyed hearing Manny’s story, and it was heartwarming to see so many smiles, meaningful conversations, and moments of inspiration throughout the afternoon. Visits like these are so important, bringing people together, encouraging connection, and reminding us that every act of compassion can make a real difference.

Thank you once again, Manny, for your generosity, your uplifting words, and for making so many of our residents happy. It was a pleasure to welcome you to Willow Rose, and we hope to see you again in the future. 💙

Whether she’s organising games, one-to-one and group activities, or supporting family visits, Hollie always goes the extra mile to ensure our residents feel valued, included, and have plenty to smile about. Her caring nature, enthusiasm, and warm personality make her a much-loved member of the Willow Rose family. ✨

When she’s not at Willow Rose, Hollie loves spending quality time with her family and taking her beautiful Cavapoo, Coco, on adventures and walks. 🐶💕

💪🌟 Fitness Fun at Willow Rose! 🌟💪

Today, our residents enjoyed another fantastic fitness session, and we would like to say a huge thank you to Jack for his visit with us and for helping to keep everyone active, motivated, and smiling! 💙

Staying physically active is so important at every stage of life. Regular exercise can help improve strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility, while also boosting confidence, supporting mental wellbeing, and encouraging social interaction. Most importantly, it’s a wonderful way to have fun together and make lasting memories.

At Willow Rose, we are passionate about providing meaningful activities that promote health, happiness, and independence, and today’s session was enjoyed by everyone involved. Thank you again, Jack! 👏😊
