Haltemprice Crematorium opened in 1998 following extensive refurbishment of the former De La Pole Hospital Chapel. We also have beautiful memorial gardens.

We take great care in creating a peaceful environment for funeral services to take place.

🌸 A Kind Gesture That Means So Much 🌸

A client has visited us today with another beautiful floral display for Sara. Gestures like this mean a great deal to our team and reflect the appreciation families have for the care, compassion and support they receive during such a difficult time.

We would like to thank the family for their kindness. It is always a privilege to help families and support them through their bereavement journey.

We have also been very busy this week with memorial enquiries and installations within our beautiful grounds. Our 10% discount on selected memorials throughout September is proving very popular with families who are considering a lasting tribute to their loved one.

Our Memorial Garden Fountain Areas 💙

These two videos showcase our beautiful fountain areas at Haltemprice Crematorium. The first fountain area was created around 18 months ago and has developed into a truly peaceful and popular part of our memorial gardens. The second fountain area is also proving very popular with families, with many choosing memorial plots nearby.

The gardens continue to evolve, providing tranquil spaces for reflection and remembrance throughout the year.

🌿⛲ Our second fountain within the memorial gardens has proved incredibly popular with families, with a number of memorial plots now chosen around the fountain and surrounding area. The peaceful setting has become a special place for reflection and remembrance, and it is wonderful to see so many families enjoying this beautiful part of the grounds.

A lovely surprise at Haltemprice Crematorium today, as one of Sara's clients brought in this beautiful display as a thank you for the care and support she received whilst arranging a memorial garden for her loved one.

It is a truly thoughtful gesture and one that reflects the impact Sara has on so many families. We regularly receive wonderful feedback about Sara's caring nature, empathy, and professionalism. She always puts the needs of families first, taking the time to listen, guide, and support them through important decisions with kindness and understanding.

Today we have been taking some new staff photographs for our upcoming website. It has also given us a wonderful opportunity to introduce more of our team to the local community over the coming weeks.

While we have been busy working in the gardens and keeping the grounds looking their very best, we must admit we are secretly hoping for a little rain to help our flowers, plants, and lawns thrive! 🌿🌸
