🏏 Warm up to win! Cricket’s in full flow, and while technique and tactics matter, don’t skip warming up your hands before you step onto the pitch
✅ Quick hand warm-ups:
- Finger stretches: Gently extend each finger and hold for a few seconds.
- Wrist rotations: Turn your wrists both ways to increase blood flow.
- Fist clench-and-release: Squeeze and relax your fists several times to loosen up.

Just a few minutes of warm-up can change the game. Keep your hands ready and healthy for peak performance! 🙌🔥

☀️ Hot weather can leave you feeling uncomfortable, but did you know your hands can help cool your body down?
The palms of your hands contain specialised blood vessels designed for rapid heat exchange, making them one of the most effective places to cool yourself during a heatwave.

❄️ Avoid applying freezing ice directly to your hands, as extreme cold can cause blood vessels to constrict and reduce the cooling effect.

✅ Instead, try:
• Holding a cool (not ice-cold) object
• Using a cool gel pack
• Placing your hands under cool running water
• Immersing your hands in a bowl of cool tap water for 1–2 minutes
This simple trick can help regulate your body temperature quickly and comfortably during hot weather.

Stay safe, stay hydrated, and keep cool this summer. ☀️💧
