Hands up if you are running the London Marathon this year?!

Whether you're a seasoned runner or embracing the challenge for the first time, the road to the marathon is a journey of dedication and resilience. With less than 15 weeks to go, training intensity will begin to increase as the mileage steps up. In this time, do not forget to maintain strength training, mobility and start to dial in on your recovery protocols. Your ability to recover between sessions will become one of your greatest tools leading into the next 15 weeks to allow you to maintain that standard.

If you are running the London Marathon 2024, we are offering you a 10% discount on all treatments and training until the end of April to not only prepare you for the race in the best possible way, but to help you find your legs again afterwards.
