I’ve been thinking a lot about the world today, and the lives we lead and the expectations society places on us and we place on ourselves, and how truly and honestly we spend so much of our lives not even knowing who we really are let alone being them.

That’s really why I created Unplug to Recharge. A truly magical retreat that gives not just a pause but a reset to. Really it should be called that - Unplug to Reset. Because you will return home different but in the very best possible way.

Light is not just vision - it’s INFORMATION! And information for the whole body. When we spend days indoors with artificial light we confuse our bodies and as such they can’t function efficiently.

Sauerkraut is a traditional fermented food, full of gut supporting beneficial bacteria. If you buy it, look for “raw” sauerkraut, as the pasteurised version that’s out of the fridge will no longer have these live bacteria.

For me though, this is the cheapest option where I can guarantee the quality of my ingredients, and it blends in some “slow living” benefits too. Honestly, it doesn’t take long at all, and once you have done it once, you’ll easily manage to fit it into your routine!

I’m still eating and loving this on and it is 100% part of my (without being a hermit!) lifestyle.

This is the question I’m opening a talk with tomorrow evening - “how connected do you feel to your body right now?” I asked it earlier as well at a networking session. Can you also answer?

Our bodies are inherently wise. Your body isn’t failing you, it’s trying to guide you home. Yet when did you last check in? Can you even remember how?
