This is the perfect class if you're working with an injury, physical condition, or simply want to deepen your practice at a nourishing pace. Hannah creates a safe, supported space using props and modifications tailored to YOUR individual needs, because every body is different.

You'll practice patience and compassion alongside others on their own healing journeys. There's plenty of lightheartedness too—because yoga should feel good, not rigid.

I can't believe we're over half way through our first YTT and we've already got people lined up for our next course.... If you've been thinking about it, here's a reminder our next Intro Day is Sunday 28th June 9am to 5pm. Come and experience what a typical training day will be like, its just £50, there's no pressure for you to continue on with the full training starting Oct 2026 but the hours are required if you are seriously considering it. We'd love to meet you. We understand that not every training is right for every person so come and see if this is a good fit for you. Training is a big commitment for student and teacher so we wanna make sure everyone gets the most out of it and this is the perfect opportunity to test the water.
