Please be aware that our front door will be out of action on Wednesday 8th July 2026 due to essential maintenance.

During this time, access to the building will be via the rear entrance, which has step-free access.

Clear signage will be in place to guide you.

A red heat-health alert has been issued across parts of England until 25 June. This is the highest level of alert and indicates a risk to everyone's health, not just vulnerable groups.

The NHS has issued the following advice on how to stay safe in the heat:

- Keep out of the sun between 11am and 3pm
- Plan physical activity for cooler times of day
- Keep homes cool by closing windows and curtains in sun-facing rooms
- Wear suitable clothing, hats and sunglasses, and use sunscreen outdoors
- Drink plenty of fluids and limit alcohol and caffeine
- Be aware of the signs of heat exhaustion and heatstroke, and seek help if symptoms develop
