A little hello from me 👋

✨I hope you are all well? I’ve been enjoying being back in the treatment room, seeing lots of you and settling back into a bit of normal routine.

✨I’m looking forward to some time away in Cornwall soon! It’ll be a lovely chance to relax, recharge with family, and enjoy a slower pace before the next few months.

Just realised that many of you on Instagram and Facebook won’t know why I had an operation, as I shared the details in my latest newsletter. So, I wanted to share a little update here too.

The operation was the first part of my treatment after being diagnosed with DCIS in my breast. I’m currently waiting for the results and, depending on those, I’ll likely need radiotherapy too.

I am also looking forward to getting back to the treatment room soon, but for now I’m focusing on resting, recovering, and giving my body the time it needs.

Thankfully it was caught early, treated early, and I’m feeling incredibly grateful to be recovering so well and for all the love and support I’ve received. I’m taking things one step at a time while I wait for the next results.

If there’s one thing I’d take from this experience, it’s to check yourself and get things looked at if something doesn’t seem right. Early detection can make such a difference.

It’s been a full season behind the scenes.

Supporting my family with various health concerns, teaching, studying, and continuing my work in the treatment room has reinforced what matters most - creating a space to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and truly rest.

I’ve also been training in a new facial therapy called the Zone Face Lift, which fits beautifully with my holistic approach. I’m looking forward to sharing more about it soon!

A little emotional today as my sister heads off on her next adventure and moves out of the area.

From being my guinea pig when I first trained as a reflexologist (and for all the other training I’ve done over the past few years), to helping at holistic fairs and having the boys when I work outside my usual hours – she’s always been there quietly supporting me behind the scenes.

She’s been such a support to us all lately. Going to miss her loads, but really happy for her. It makes you realise how lucky you are to have family like this 🤍
