This is a training case opportunity—sessions are offered at a reduced rate of £50.
🧠 What is EMDR?
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured therapy that helps people process and heal from traumatic or overwhelming experiences. It’s especially effective for:
