"I have attended the Pilates class on a Tuesday afternoon. It is run by the senior Physiotherapist, Jen. It is a small venue, which keeps the class size smaller and therefore allows more individual attention from Jen. She is aware of our different physical and health issues and can adapt the exercises for us accordingly. I would recommend this class as it has helped me physically and mentally."
