Yesterday, we marked the official grand opening of Elizabeth Gardens Care Home, Milton Keynes!
Valued members of the Milton Keynes community joined our residents to celebrate the home's success over the previous year, and everybody was thrilled to welcome the incredible Mayor of Milton Keynes, William French, the late Queen Elizabeth II's former breakfast butler, and Lady Howe, the Lord-Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire, for the occasion.
Our guests were treated to a magnificent afternoon tea prepared by the home's Head Chef Leon and his dedicated team, which they enjoyed whilst being serenaded by a brilliant cellist. Afterwards, everybody was invited to take a look around Elizabeth Gardens, and we received many compliments on our gorgeous home!
We would like to say a huge thank you to everybody who assisted in making this event such a success, as well as the remarkable Lady Howe for officially declaring our home open. It was a true honour to have a representative of His Majesty join us.
Here's to many more years of great care, comfort and company at Elizabeth Gardens! 🥂
