I'm the Slimming World Consultant in Windsor and also in Egham. I was a member but took an opportunity to train as a consultant in 2022. Thought I'd try this out before buying a bottle of Pentire's Coastal Spritz Blood Orange, Sea Rosemary & Oakwood.

25ml is half a SWIP, so mixed with either sugar free lemonade, low calorie tonic or soda water makes this a low SWIP, refreshing option for a Summer party.

I'm definitely keeping this on my list as it's bitterness is like a non-alcoholic Negroni vibe 🍹

So here's a great little supper idea for a summer's day.

Tagliata

Steak🥩, salad leaves🥗, grilled aubergine🍆, grilled onion🧅, artichoke, cherry tomatoes🍅 and a gorgeous balsamic vinegar from Florence that we bought last year.

In this weather, you could imagine yourself eating this in the Tuscan hills 😎 🌄
