Who wants some free accountability?
Who wants to increase their step count?
But who DOESN’T want to commit to 10k steps per day-that number is a bit misleading by the way. There’s no proof that 10k steps a day is the magic number!
For a fortnight, in June, over in my WhatsApp Accountability Club, we will all be aiming to increase our daily step count by 1000 steps.
1000 steps = 10 minutes.
Every day for 14 days.
At the end of the two week challenge you’ll have walked an extra 14k steps.
If you walk an average of 4k steps a day- up it to 5k.
5k up it to 6k
6k up it to 7k.

My ‘water babies’ who joined my first, month long water drinking challenge in May, get a week off before embarking on the next challenge. It will run from 8th to 22nd June.
