If you enjoy a stronger, more dynamic style of yoga, Hot Flow could be the perfect class for you.
This energising practice links movement with breath through a flowing sequence of postures, creating a moving meditation that challenges both body and mind. Practised in a heated room (32–40°C), Hot Flow helps to build strength, improve flexibility, enhance balance and support cardiovascular fitness. 🔥
Every class is slightly different, keeping the practice fresh, engaging and rewarding. Expect to move, sweat and leave feeling stronger, clearer and re-energised. ✨
