I start every consultation with an assessment before choosing from a wide range of techniques such as soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, myofacial release, deep tissue massage, muscle energy techniques ,active and passive stretching designed to free up joint movement. I work on a wide range of clients ranging from professional athletes to office workers with neck and/or back problems, or those simply requiring a nice relaxation massage.
