Big thank you to everyone who joined me and Faye last night for our Pilates, Yoga & Sound Bath.

It was such a pleasure to teach you all. I absolutely loved the energy in the room and sharing such a beautiful evening with you.

I feel so blessed and grateful that I get to host events like this and teach every class I do. I genuinely love supporting my students, helping you feel good about yourselves, and creating a safe, welcoming space where you can simply be yourself 🙏✨

Honestly, I’m truly grateful to be in this position right now and to be able to do something I love so much. It means more to me than you know.

We’re hoping to bring something similar back in the autumn, so keep your eyes peeled! 🍂

The evening includes:

🤸‍♀️ 40 minutes of energising Pilates to build strength, improve posture and awaken the body.

🧘 40 minutes of flowing yoga to move, stretch and create space within the body.

🎵 💆‍♀️A deeply relaxing sound bath with crystal bowls, including optional short personal head messages during the session.

☕ Tea and a chance to chat together to finish the evening.

Come and enjoy the perfect balance of movement, connection and relaxation in a welcoming space.

Spaces are limited, so booking is essential.

What an incredible, life-changing yoga training experience! 🧘‍♀️

Still on a massive high!

I have absolutely loved every minute of this 3-day course and am so grateful to have another 30 hours of training under my belt adding to my 400 hours.

A huge thank you to Andrea Omar | Mobility/Flexibility Coach and Julia | Yoga Teacher The Yoga Academy Liverpool |TEACHER TRAINING for an amazing three days of learning, growth, and inspiration.

Thank you also to all the wonderful girls who trained alongside me – you are all truly inspiring.

Yoga is my love, my passion, and something that continues to teach me every day. I feel so grateful to be on this journey and can't wait for the next course! 🙏✨

Having a good yoga practice is not defined by how well we perform asanas.

Asana is only one limb of yoga and yoga has many layers.

A strong physical practice does not automatically mean a deeper or more connected practice.

So don’t be fooled by perfect postures.
Go beyond what you see on the outside!

How do they connect to the practice?
How do they hold space for themselves and others?

And most importantly, how do they make you feel?

Yoga is not about perfection. It is about awareness, connection, and presence.
