Day 2 of our World cup themed Care home open week took us to Norway 🇳🇴 for a Norwegian Kafe experience with offerings of pastries, sweet treats, teas and coffees ☕️🥮
We also got creative making our very own football shirts 🖍🎨⚽️👕
We are looking forward to tomorrow reliving the 1966 World cup when England won, with stadium snacks and drinks! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿⚽️

⚽️ World Cup celebrations have offically kicked off here at Glennfield Care Home - Excelcare
People who live here, family members and staff have all enjoyed a great afternoon with live entertainment from Boots 'n' Strings and everybody enjoyed the tasty tapas and sangria served for them. There was lots of smiles, dancing and flag waving 🇪🇸🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

This week we've had a very special visit from Bailey Bear to celebrate our COO Sam Mannings birthday!
All those living at Glennfield recieved their very own Bailey teddy bear as a keepsake of the visit.
The visit brought lots of smiles, laughter and lots of hugs were given.
Bailey even did some jobs around the home and decided to take over the training from Petrina!
