Some places just hold you the moment you arrive — and Lochwood House is one of them. Right on the edge of the loch, wrapped in woodland just beginning to blush into autumn. And this September, it’s where we gather for our Autumn Equinox Retreat. ✨

Imagine waking here. The wild spa steaming in the morning air. The geodome yoga studio looking out over the loch. That fire pit by the water where we’ll sit wrapped in blankets as the light fades, hearts open, nowhere else to be. Private access to the loch for those brave, glorious wild dips. The gorgeous house, the cosy cabin… every corner of it holding us.

The weekend itself — oh, the offerings. 🌙 Deep, dreamy Yoga Nidra. A sound bath to wash you right through. Gentle, easy yoga that every single body is welcome to. A sacred cacao ceremony to open the heart wide. Beautiful, nourishing food from morning till night. All of it and MORE, held with so much love.
