Happy weekend!

Just sharing a little insight into what I've been up to this week. It's been a busy one with the new school term starting, returning to work after annual leave and plenty of treatments.

I've been putting this post off because telling the world makes it real!

After 13 years I have handed in my notice at my NHS trust to pursue my business. I'm both nervous and excited because honestly this is a huge change for me, but it's also a dream I've been working towards for the last 5 years.

I'm still going to be working within the NHS, but I'll be picking up shifts on an ad hoc basis.

I have so many exciting things planned so keep an eye out for more announcements soon! 👀 📣

Postnatal treatments are becoming one of my most popular services. My client today was gifted a postnatal massage to take some well-deserved relaxation and restoration

All my treatments are mobile so no need to worry about the practicalities of an appointment

You can keep your baby with you throughout if you wish, or feel comfortable having them close by in another room

We can use whichever positions feel most comfortable for you following birth to carry out your treatment

No need to feel embarrassed about big maternity knickers or leaky b***s - I will help you to feel comfortable and supported

The first week of the summer holidays was a busy one 🌿 ☀️

My Birth prep and labour promoting treatments involve a combination of complementary therapies and well as midwifery skills to help support your body's natural ability to birth.
