Drinking water regularly is one of the best ways to remain hydrated. However, some people may find it difficult to drink enough throughout the day.

High-fluid foods can also help increase your loved one’s fluid intake, including jelly, yoghurt, soup, mousse, ice cream, sorbet, sauces and water-rich fruits and vegetables. 🍉🥒🍓

Remember to offer drinks regularly and always follow the person’s individual healthcare or fluid-management plan.

Please check on vulnerable loved ones, friends and neighbours during periods of hot weather. ❤️
