It’s Tuesday… which means it’s Boccia time with Nick!

Our residents had a fantastic afternoon enjoying another fun-filled Boccia session with the wonderful Nick. There was plenty of friendly competition, lots of laughter, and some fantastic shots on display! 😊

Boccia is always a favourite, bringing everyone together for exercise, teamwork, and plenty of smiles.

A big thank you to Nick for another brilliant session – we can’t wait for next time! 💙

What an incredible day at the Runwood Art Exhibition at the People’s Art Gallery in Southend! 🎨✨

Tony and Alex had a wonderful time seeing Tony’s beautiful cottage drawings proudly displayed alongside amazing artwork from over 40 Runwood homes. The talent on show was truly inspiring.

A huge thank you to everyone for inviting us and making us feel so welcome. It was a real honour for Tony to officially open the exhibition by cutting the ribbon. We are so proud to have been part of such a special event celebrating creativity and community. ❤️👏

🌞🧩 We made the most of the lovely weather with a relaxing afternoon in the garden!

Our residents enjoyed completing puzzles, word searches, and colouring while soaking up the sunshine and chatting together. It was a peaceful afternoon filled with laughter, friendship, and a little brain exercise too!

Days like these are the perfect way to enjoy the outdoors and keep our minds active. 💚🌸

🍉🎨 Our residents got creative today with a watermelon-themed colouring session as part of our National Watermelon Day celebrations!

Everyone enjoyed relaxing, chatting, and adding plenty of bright colours to their watermelon pictures. It was a lovely way to unwind while celebrating this fun summer-themed day together.

🍉 We had a fantastic time celebrating National Watermelon Day! 🍉

Our residents enjoyed a fun watermelon tasting session, trying fresh watermelon, watermelon sweets, and refreshing watermelon juice. It was lovely to compare everyone’s favourites and enjoy a delicious summer-themed activity together.

There were lots of smiles, laughter, and happy faces throughout the afternoon. A wonderful way to celebrate this fruity national day! ❤️🍉

☀️ Our Ramblers enjoyed a lovely morning walk in the park today, making the most of the fresh air and beautiful surroundings.

There were plenty of smiles, chats, and time to appreciate nature together. It’s always wonderful to get out and about, enjoy some gentle exercise, and spend quality time with friends.
