We have a lot of exciting things happening on our dementia awareness day. From the dementia bus to VR. From keynote speakers to inclusive games. Whether you have a dementia diagnosis or your family, friends or carers want to come along and learn something new. There is something for everyone.

Parkinson’s support group - Thursday @ 10:30am - 12:00pm come for catch up and a cuppa. Filled with friendship, laughter and mutual support. We welcome people with Parkinson’s, family members, partners, carers and friends.

The Social Club - Come for the fun stay for the company, whether you’re coming for the great food, the games or just the friendly faces your always welcome at our social club.

Come along to shores if you’re interested, we’re sure you will enjoy your time here!

Move and groove - An inclusive workout club consisting of chair based exercises, line dancing, dancing through the decades and more. Whatever the group is feeling that day is what we will do!

Sweat the setlist - a harder workout then move and groove, Ideal for participants who are independently mobile and seeking a faster-paced workout. all standing exercise. Faster beats and faster moves that make you sweat to the setlist.

Parkinson’s support group - an inclusive class to help promote strength, hand eye coordination, dexterity, stamina with some fun interactive activities. Come along for an hour of smiles.
