This Thursday sees our monthly Wondrous Weaving Workshop.

We are now being sponsored by .astrology so we can lower the cost to £10 per session.

The evening is hosted by and you can see the items that you may be able make if you visit her page. Delightful baskets, pretty bracelets, wall hangings and much more.

Join us for lovely and relaxed evening of chatter and weaving.

Saturday 16th May brings us the New Moon in Ta**us.

The Ta**us new moon usually encourages feelings of grounded stability and inspires steps that we can take towards an abundant future.

However, due to planetary placements, this New Moon brings some uneasy feelings accompanied by a sprinkling of chaotic energy.

Urging us to make uncomfortable decisions that will enhance our future life.

To honour this energy, we are holding a guided meditation with soundscape to help keep us grounded but bring clarity during this time.

This moon is asking you to delve deep into your unconscious and unearth the final, intense emotional, financial and control-oriented themes to the surface for release.

I thought I would share this experience I had this morning while out walking my pups as it is too beautiful to keep to myself 🥰.

There is something deeply sacred about the presence of a cow.

Across ancient traditions, the cow has been honoured as a symbol of nourishment, gentleness and unconditional giving. She offers with force, sustaining life quietly, patiently and consistently.

In many spiritual teachings, the cow represents the energy of the Divine Mother. A living expression of care, abundance and devotion to life itself. Her calm presence reminds us of a different way of being; one rotted in softness rather than striving.

As I stood with this cow, I felt the frequency, steady, grounded and deeply peaceful. A reminder that true strength doesn't need to be loud and there is wisdom in slowing down, in nurturing and in simply being.

Perhaps the sacredness I saw in her is something I am being invited to remember in myself.

I'm posting again as my original didn't upload 😟.

Thursday saw the New Moon in Pisces bringing the astrogical year to a close.

Friday welcomed in the new astrogical year with the Sun moving into Aries and the Sun shone so brightly yesterday (in the UK) it was good to feel its warmth and presence.

Today brings our meditation to celebrate this shift.

The heart is not only our physical powerhouse, it's our emotional processor, our autonomic regulator and influences our attention and perception.

The heart really is a true wonder.

Studies in physiology and neuroscience shows that the heart communicates constantly with the brain, influencing emotional regulation, nervous system balance and heart rate variability.

This growing field of research has proven that the heart plays a powerful role not only in circulation, but in the wider regulation of our whole-body system.

And continues to explore just how far the influence of the heart travels....

Next Tuesday sees the final Full Moon of this astrogical year.

Full Moon in Virgo is a lunar (Blood Moon) eclipse, amplifying the energies and creating acceleration of transformations that are good for our soul journey.

We can expect sudden changes, shifts and endings. All in order to fast track us to a timeline of where we should be. A rapid transfiguration.

Next Tuesday, 17th February, brings us a shift in energy. We have the New Moon in Aquarius, and solar eclipse and the start of the Lunar New Year...the Year of the Horse. Exciting times.

New Moon's are good energy for setting intentions and thinking about the seeds we wish to sow but, with this solar eclipse we have energy that brings with it accelerated changes or surprises, opportunities for resetting, unexpected happenings as well as a new pathways.

Our guided meditation with soundscape will help connect to our inner wisdom, our intuition and higher self so that we can decipher the messages from the Divine.
