Each year we care for over 2000 patients and their families both in our hospice and in their own homes, where over 80% of our care is delivered, enabling patient choice and the best quality of life.

Position: Community Associate Clinical Nurse Specialist (Development Post)

This developmental role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced Clinical Nurse Specialists and a wider multidisciplinary team, providing holistic support to patients with advanced life-limiting illnesses and their families. You will develop the knowledge, skills and experience required to progress towards a Clinical Nurse Specialist role while helping patients achieve their preferred place of care wherever possible.
