🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDER – PRACTICE CAR PARK 🚨
We are once again asking everyone to please use our surgery car park responsibly and considerately.
We have noticed a significant increase in people using our car park when dropping off or collecting children from the nearby school. This is not acceptable and is causing a major problem for our patients who are genuinely attending the surgery and need to park.
This is not the first time we have had to raise this issue, and unfortunately, it has become a particularly big problem this week.
We would also like to remind patients who are using the car park for appointments to please park sensibly and within the designated bays.
Please do not:
❌ Block the entrance or exit
❌ Block another vehicle in
❌ Park across spaces or in areas that are not designated parking bays
❌ Leave your vehicle in a position that prevents other patients from accessing the car park safely
We have had several incidents this week that could easily have been avoided if vehicles had simply been parked considerately.
Our car park is there for patients and visitors attending the surgery, not for school drop-offs or collections. We appreciate that parking can be difficult at busy times, but this cannot come at the expense of patients who need access to their medical appointments.
Please be considerate. Please use the parking bays correctly, and not park in Doctors parking bays. Please do not block other cars or our entrance to the surgery.
We need everyone to work with us on this. This is not acceptable and cannot continue.
