Baby should sleep in the room you’re in, day and night, for at least the first 6mths. That doesn’t mean you can’t nip to the toilet or leave the room to make a cup of tea but keep baby in the same room as you as much as possible.

Wishing you all a very merry & relaxing Christmas with your loved ones! I will be switching off across the festive period to spend some quality time with my family so please do be patient if I take a little longer than normal to respond to messages across the next few days!

All set up ready for the final Mumma’s Afternoon Tea of the year! Feeling very festive & very hungry 😋 🎄!
I love this session so much, we cover relationship changes, handling advice, and some beautiful positive affirmations to end the course on a high! Add in a bag full of goodies & what’s not to love?!?
