Who are we?
We are a collective of local yoga teachers, coming together to bring accessible and affordable yoga to you 😊
Why?
Because we see the benefits every day in every class we teach. Not just physical (although you will become stronger and move easier) but also in your mental health, your resilience and confidence and even sleeping better.
What?
Our first act is to deliver a weekly Sunday morning class. There is no set price* - you pay what you can. You can book ahead or just show up. There is no judgement - take part as little or as much as you feel drawn to do. All classes will be suitable for complete beginners. We are trying to remove as many barriers as possible.
When?
Every Sunday at 9:30am for one hour. Starts Sunday 20th September.
Where?
Classes are at the beautiful St Sebastian's Memorial Hall on Nine Mile Ride in Wokingham (RG40 3BA). Light, spacious and airy and with plenty of parking.
How?
You can book ahead and make a contribution online, or show up on the day. Booking, more information, and an introduction to your teachers can all be found here
