The Happiness Hub -Alison Relax Kids Wokingham Areas-

The Happiness Hub -Alison Relax Kids Wokingham Areas- Relax Kids helps children manage stress, anxiety and difficult feelings whilst boosting self-esteem, confidence and improving sleep. Whilst having fun :)

I have worked in Primary Schools for 11 years, as a teacher,
PSHCE lead and qualified SENCo. I have always been passionate about the social and emotional wellbeing of the child. I first found Relax Kids when I was looking to further support my own little boy with starting school. I was captivated with the magicalness and impact it had. Becoming a Relax Kids Coach has been the beginning of a litt

le dream to further support children and families. To feel good about themselves, to develop the skills in becoming resilient, confident and able to calmly manage whatever life throws at them, with a smile on their face :)

Relax Kids can be enjoyed by all ages from pre-school to pensioners! Contact me to find out more. Instagram

Summer holidays, a moment to pause, switch off, relax and replenish.

I enjoy having the time to get stuck into a book and finish it!

I really enjoyed this book, themes of having dreams, the impact of our families, friendship, community and the power of coming together to tackle issues, true love and hope.

“Look up at the stars, be reminded that the world is much bigger than we think. Be inspired, follow your dreams, make yourself a priority.”

Thank you to Cecelia Ahern ♥️

Today is A-level results day. Send this on to your child or a young person close to you who might need it. No matter what their results are, they should be proud of themselves and the effort they've put in. And if they don't get what they expected, let them know to keep this message in mind. They've got this.

Great advice from Trauma Informed Schools UK

The night before Results Day can be an anxious and stressful time for young people — and for parents and carers too.
Whether your child has a clear plan for their next step or is still unsure about what comes next, offering a calm, supportive presence can make a difference. And that can be tricky when you are just as anxious and nervous as they are!!
Our colleagues at The Children’s Society have shared some helpful tips for parents and carers on how to support young people through Results Day.

Self-Love Rainbow

Amazing lovely human! You deserve to celebrate yourself!

This week, pick one small way to celebrate yourself. (Also - just want to say that you're awesome)

Name one thing you’re proud of: Just one little thing. Something you got through, learned, tried, or handled. Say it out loud!

Create a tiny celebration ritual: Do you have something hard for you to do this week? I think a lot of the time we don't celebrate things that are easy for others but hard for us. Plan a little celebration (even if it's just for getting through the Monday.

Celebrate effort, not just outcomes: Did you try? Did you rest instead of forcing it? Did you ask for help? Did you make a tiny bit of progress? That counts too. Confetti for the effort.

Celebrate the Mundane: Pick one incredibly boring, normal task you finished today - like washing your hair, answering an email, or finally folding the laundry - and tell yourself, "I did a really good job with that."
