Yesterday I shared the first fertility reflexology point with you. Here is the second.
Firstly, as with the first point, it’s important these are only done BEFORE ovulation, and not if you might be pregnant.
This is the uterus point, which may vary very slightly depending on the position of your uterus. (If you’d like to know more about anteverted and retroverted uterus’s let me know.)
In-between your ankle bone and heel is a little dip. You may feel a subtle ‘buzz’ around this point. Gently massage this point to encourage a healthy lining. You can also encourage blood flow to your uterus which is especially beneficial if you’re feeling the stress and anxiety of trying for a baby.
