If you feel that you would like to know more about how to incorporate the healing methods of Ayurveda through food, lifestyle, herbs, and wellness practices, but think it's too limiting, there are ways to incorporate change that will suit your individual goals and desired outcomes.
It's better to go 50/ 50 and create sound balanced changes than rush in and change it all and then feel overwhelmed.
A wise practitioner will advise this.

Do you want to feel satisfied?
Bake an Irish soda bread.
No yeast and use gluten-free ancient grains, I use the buttermilk left over from making cultured ghee, but you can buy buttermilk, I also mill my flour, by milling my groats as I need them this makes my bread a superfood, packed with prana. I add in chopped fresh rosemary to aid the gut in digestion.
A simple recipe to follow.
500 grams of Eincorn flour
2 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 tsp of finely chopped rosemary
400 mL buttermilk

This bread is the closest I have gotten to producing regular bread ayurvedically it incorporates all six tastes sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent, and astringent.
Method
> Heat the oven to 200C/ 180c fan/ gas 6
Gently with your right hand blend in all the dry ingredients in a large bowl, be careful not to impact the flour with too much beat and movement, and lovingly blend in the intention of great health.
> Add the into the bowl the buttermilk, and stir once again in a circular motion with the right hand, bringing the ingredients together into a bowl shape.
> Flour a work surface and tip the sticky dough out, gently with flat palms shape it into a round, using a sharp knife cut through the centre a cross shape, and add in your intentions for health and well-being.
> Put into a Dutch pot or casserole dish with a lid, I use a lid as this creates the steam that gives a good crust but also keeps the bread moist.
> Bake in the oven for 40 mins
> Cool on a wire rack, slice and serve on its own or with your favourite soup or stew.
This is autumnal eating at its simplest and best.

If you're feeling low, lacking energy, sleeping longer than you would like and still waking up tired. Life may feel incredibly challenging right now, These symptoms of emotional overload affect the livery and spleen our emotional release organs, when the blood isn't flowing we are stagnant, our Prana is incredibly low, and our LIFE FORCE is parked.
What can we do?
No1 - eat prana-rich foods, simply eat organic greens, if you can invest anything invest in Organic Vegetables.
No2 - Pranayama, simply sit, inhale long slow and deep for 8 seconds, hold for 8, and exhale for the count of 8.
When our energy is low, we should start with simple pranayama. Nothing challenging.
No3 Take a level tsp of He Shou Wu every morning and evening for 30 days.
He Shou Wu works by promoting immune function, increasing the production of T and B cells, its antiviral properties protect the liver by reducing inflammation, preventing fat oxidation and increasing antioxidant effects.
Spiritually recognised by Monks in China to aid in lifting the vibration, our energy frequency to support a clear connection in our spiritual practice.
