Our first Talking Tables session took place today at Bridge Manor, and what a lovely success it was. Residents spent ten minutes chatting with someone new at each table, asking questions, sharing stories, and discovering things they never knew about one another.

The room was full of laughter, conversation, and those wonderful moments where strangers become friends. A simple idea that brought so much connection — and we can’t wait for the next session.

🏅The Bridge Manor team had an absolutely brilliant day as our Staff Sports Day joined forces with our Into the Jungle theme and the results were nothing short of hilarious. From friendly competition to jungle‑themed chaos, the staff threw themselves into every challenge with energy, laughter and plenty of team spirit.

Our residents loved every moment too. The giggles, cheers and running commentary coming from the lounge were priceless. Whether they were watching the sack races, or laughing at the jungle trials, their enjoyment made the whole day even more special.

It was a fantastic afternoon full of fun, connection and community — exactly what Bridge Manor is all about.
