❤️Pregnancy Wellness Tip:
Prioritise Rest Without Guilt ❤️

Growing a baby takes a lot of energy — even if you're not doing much on the outside, your body is working overtime on the inside.

Allow yourself to rest without guilt.
Nap if you can, put your feet up, or even just take five minutes to breathe deeply and recharge.

✨ Rest is productive when you're pregnant✨

🤢Morning Sickness Facts 🤰

• Despite the name, morning sickness can happen at any time of day or night.

• Around 70–80% of pregnant women experience some degree of nausea during pregnancy.

• It usually starts around week 6 of pregnancy and often improves by weeks 12–14, though some people experience it for much longer.

• Morning sickness is thought to be linked to rising pregnancy hormones, particularly hCG and oestrogen.

• Women carrying twins or multiples are often more likely to experience severe symptoms.

• A small number of women develop Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG), a severe form of pregnancy sickness that can require medical treatment.

Pregnancy is amazing, but growing a tiny human can be hard work! 💕
