GCSE results day is nearly here. If you are feeling anxious, why not text a School Nurse through our confidential text messaging service for 11–19-year-olds?

ChatHealth is a text message service (07520 615721) to ask for health and wellbeing advice and is available between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of these times, anyone who texts the service receives a message explaining where to get help if their question is urgent, and when they can expect a response.

No appointment needed, no stress, just the help you need, right from your phone.

Toilet training is all about patience, persistence and positivity. 💗

Your child using the toilet on their own is about more than just the toilet itself. It gives children regular opportunities to practise everyday routines, which can help build confidence over time as they prepare to start school.

Visit Best Start in Life or speak to your health visitor for more trusted advice and practical tips on toilet training.
