Did you know Gravel Hill Surgery provides you with FREE access to a Health and Wellbeing Coach? You can have up to 6 sessions for free with our Health and Wellbeing Coach, Sarah. She will help you to identify what matters to you most, the changes you want to make for your own health and wellbeing, and break them down into achievable chunks.

If you feel you need some support in improving your health and wellbeing, whether that is moving more, making healthier food choices, improving your sleep quality, reducing anxiety, or just dealing with overwhelm, please get in touch. 👇

Temperatures are set to rise in the West Midlands this week.

💧 Drink plenty of fluids and stay hydrated
