We offer all prospective clients a low cost (£30 - deducted from your first session if you proceed) initial consultation without pressure to undertake any kind of therapy in the future, so do not hesitate to get in touch to arrange one if you'd like to find out more. Our approach to overcoming psychological distress focuses on the individual rather than the problem so no matter what your problems may be, we will always treat you with unconditional positive regard. This also means that we can adapt the therapy journey to suit you personally rather than trying to fit you into any particular type of therapy. Joan also offers a range of evidence-based hypnotherapy and CBH sessions for those who prefer a different approach. We look forward to helping you make positive and effective changes to your life.
