On today’s World Happiness Day, whatever you’re going through today, give yourself grace.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to rush.

Just take a moment for you.

Here are a few simple ways to reset and come back to yourself:

• Step outside for 10 minutes no phone, just fresh air

• Make a coffee or tea slowly, like it’s a ritual

• Put on a song that matches your mood and just sit with it

• Go for a walk without a destination

• Write down what’s on your mind, no filter

• Stretch your body, release some of the tension you’re holding

• Text someone who feels safe, or just check in with yourself

• Do one small thing you’ve been putting off, build quiet momentum

• Sit in silence… not everything needs noise

Some days aren’t about winning, they’re about you.

Every Tuesday, we ask one brother to bring another even if it’s just to eat, break bread, and sit with us.

No pressure. No judgement. Just men showing up for each other.

We welcome all men into our space and encourage you to tell a friend, bring a friend, or be the friend someone needs.

Allyship isn’t just a label, it’s a consistent set of actions and choices that support equity, inclusion, and justice, especially when it’s inconvenient, uncomfortable, or unnoticed.

Lenny Henry’s words are a reminder that performative allyship — saying the right things without doing the hard things — isn’t enough. True allyship means

•   Listening deeply to those who experience injustice firsthand

•   Using privilege (where it exists) to challenge systems of exclusion

•   Standing up even when it’s uncomfortable — especially when no one else is

•   Being accountable and open to learning and unlearning
