Happy FriYay my lovelies, how's the summer holidays treating you all so far?
In the past few weeks we've been away and I've been working on getting ready for my pre-registration visit (which has been rearranged unfortunately 😞) but as you can see from my lack of posts it's kind of taken over lol. I'm still here and still working but for everyone who waits for me to post you may have thought I'd disappeared.
So because my visit has been postponed I can offer more appointments for August.
I'm also still working on my ASMR massage (the perfectionist in me is currently ruling my mindset 🤦) but this will be coming soon, I promise.
I can't wait to see you all and catch up on everyone's summer plans ❤️ xx

Evening my lovelies, sorry for the very quiet page, a lot of you know I'm currently undergoing a few changes in the Den at the minute and one of those is switching my other room into a childminding space as well as trying to do courses and policies and procedures ect that I need to do to become a childminder as I just can't massage full time anymore 😞. I am planning on still doing a day a week, and evening or 2 and alternative weekends as I just can't give up my lovely clients and my passion for massage and help you all relax.
As for the childminding, I have my pre-registration visit on the 12th August 😱 at that point I can arrange my diary and let you all know what my working hours will be come September 🤞.
I've just had a few spaces come available this week before we go away so I thought I'd put a nice relaxing ritual together for anyone needing a little break during the summer holidays ❤️. This week my remaining spaces are
Tuesday 2pm & 7.30pm
Thursday 6.30pm
I'll post my August availability in a day or so and I've been working on my new ASMR massage so watch this space xx

Evening my lovelies, how is everyone managing in this heat? Let's just say massaging in this heat is just absolutely awful, but I'm so happy to see the sun 🌞.
I've just had 2 spaces come available for this Saturday (30th) if anyone would like to get a last chance HeadSpa? These are the last 2 spaces available.
I have 12 & 2pm
After that the HeadSpa will be going but I'll soon have a few more exciting new treatments coming to Rachael's Relaxation Retreat.

Hi my lovelies, so I've had a cancellation for Thursday which frees up most of my day, obviously I'd love to get this filled up 🤞 so who would like to save £10 off my May special treatments (for Thursday 7th only!)
This would take the
Back to Balance Ritual 1hr to £40
Sacred Scalp and Soul Ritual 1hr to £40
Botanical Sole and Soul Ritual 2.5hrs £70
Also don't forget the HeadSpa will be leaving at the end of the month and is just £65 until then.

Evening my lovelies, I hope you’re all keeping well! How are we nearly at the start of May already? Time is flying by 😞
I’ve been absolutely loving all the wonderful feedback from those of you enjoying the Sole & Soul Ritual. It’s such a lovely change to offer a deeply relaxing, slow-paced, and soothing treatment. With my hand being the way it is at the moment, this is something I’ll be focusing on for the foreseeable future—so keep your eyes peeled for some new treatments I’m hoping to introduce soon.
Unfortunately, full body Deep Tissue massage will be temporarily unavailable, though I’m hopeful I’ll have an alternative option in the pipeline.
After a lot of thought and consideration, I’ve also made the difficult decision to stop offering Head Spa treatments from the end of May. I know how much so many of you love this treatment, but sadly my back and hand don’t love it quite as much 😭
With that in mind, my Signature Head Spa treatment will be reduced to £65 (usually £75) from now until the end of May—so if you’ve been thinking of booking in, now is the perfect time.
I’ve also shared my May offers below… early for once ☺️🤣 if you can't choose between the Sacred Scalp & Soul Ritual or Back to Balance Ritual have them both for £85 saving you £15 xx
