Whoops... changes to feeding starion needed before tonight!

Well, have just gone to check the hoggycams from up the road. Last night, neither Jasmine or Hoddog were seen, but I'm thrilled to see a large adult foraging right in front of the camera and the feeding station I put up for the 2 juveniles, (one or 2 ticks are fine, 10 or more, especially in clusters means trouble). This means that there are still other hedgehogs very nearby, could even be their Mum! The night before, there was no Jasmine seen, but Hoddog had a good ole eat and drink before leaving his house and feeding station, but didn't return; so have included the last videos of him leaving and the large adult. Hoping to see them tonight, but they're on their own now, so its entirely up to him and her! Please stay safe little loves. x

Yup 😁 I bring tidings of great joy; my car and mobility scooter are now working!! Haaappy days! Off now to do hedgehog duties up the road x🦔x

Well, better news on our two recent releases, Both Hoddog and Jasmine returning to feed and drink still to their soft release site nightly, although it appears that Hoddog has taken over the nest box but Jasmine is sleeping elsewhere x

PLEASE, PLEASE, IF YOU FIND A HEDGEHOG NEST RE-COVER IT AND WALK AWAY, checking from a distance to see if Mum runs off and or comes back and check for other hoglets. I'm so upset and feel so very helpless. I've been contacted by a well meaning man in Ipswich who was being paid to clear an overgrown garden. He sent me this video, explaining that he can't put this Mum and her one hoglet found back as he needs to clear it all!! There are probably more hoglets still there, calling for their Mum 😭. He can't leave then where he found them so is driving out to Bryony Farmer with Mum and the one hoglet. She will probably kill the one hoglet as she is already so severely stressed. Why do humans have to destroy so much? It is not the man's fault, he is doing a job and is at least showing compassion in trying to help them.

With Bryony Farmer – tonight, little Jasmine and Hoddog have the choice to leave their soft release pen; stay safe and happy little loves, we'll be keeping an eye on you! X
