The house was formally known and used as an officers mess many many year ago. In 1995 the owners converted the house into a care home, now known as Glebe House Residential Care Home. The care home is set in 3 acres of grounds, and has a home from home feel. Glebe House Residential Care Home is a family residence which ensures a high level of pastoral care and attention, creating a safe and comfort

able home environment, whilst providing every resident with a full independent and happy life. With full use of the attractive gardens and plenty of activities to stimulate and maximise physical and mental potential, the quality of life at Glebe House is of a very high standard.

Everyone at Glebe House is celebrating the news that we achieved a positive rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Please join us in saying a huge WELL DONE to all of our amazing team members! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Glebe House has been rated Good overall😁

💜 The report praises our team for treating residents with “kindness, empathy and compassion” and for respecting residents’ privacy and dignity.

💜 One person told inspectors they found us to be “very welcoming and caring with a homely feel.”

💜 Inspectors said that our residents have “choice and control over their own care, treatment and wellbeing” supporting them to maintain their independence and shape their own day-to-day lives.

💜 The report highlighted a strong focus on meaningful activity and personalised support, noting that residents are encouraged to pursue their interests and stay connected to their communities.

Located in the village of Hollesley near Woodbridge, our care home delivers person-centred residential care and aims to help residents live as independently as possible.

We’re incredibly proud to have achieved a 'Good' rating, reflecting the dedication of our team and our commitment to improving everyday life for the people we support
