Toilet independence is about more than being dry. It includes
recognising when to go, asking for help, managing clothing,
wiping, flushing and washing hands, everyday skills that help
children feel settled and ready to learn.

Accidents are normal and every child develops at their own pace.
Some children, including those with SEND or additional needs, may
need more time or tailored support.

Best Start in Life has developed five simple toilet training steps to
help. children build their confidence using the toilet independently.
They focus on small, consistent routines that families can practise every day

You may notice a new ‘result’ showing on the NHS app. This gives your patient need group.

A Patient Need Group gives a quick picture of how much care you need. It helps us give you the right help, at the right time.

Patient Need Groups have been defined by doctors at John Hopkins University, and look at the whole person, not just one illness or health problem.

We will be using Patient Need Groups to shape care and services over coming months.

FLU JABS ARE COMING!!
Please don't rush to get your flu jab early.
NHS England has moved the start of the adult flu vaccination programme to October to help ensure vaccine protection lasts through the winter flu season, when it is needed most.
If you're eligible for a flu vaccination, please wait for your invitation from the surgery and book with us when appointments become available.
Invites will sent to eligible patients over coming weeks.
💉 Protect yourself. 🏥 Support your local practice. ❄️ Stay protected throughout winter.
